the room was spacious, it included bunk beds. i found the owners friendly and helpful (i needed assistance with directions).

the boiler was not working, the radiators were not functional. only an electric heater was available (it was not sufficient for the entire room).

cozy stay near the pier

efficient shower clean bathroom helpful owner

i found the room quite cozy, it had a nice tv.. a warm and efficient shower and a clean bathroom. the hotel owners were very helpful and friendly, they let us check in early to change clothes. they even dried our clothes after we got caught in the rain at the pleasure beach.

i noticed a slight smell of smoke in the hallways.

The room included comfortable beds and fresh towels, it was quite spacious, especially room 6. the bathroom was clean and the shower worked very well. I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining the room.

The hotel is within easy walking distance to the south pier and promenade, very convenient. there is a shop just at the end of the road, and a weatherspoons is nearby. It made exploring the area very simple.

the location proved quite advantageous , offering proximity to several key attractions. i found the staff demonstrated a helpful attitude , resolving my concerns efficiently. the accommodation provided ample space for my family , accommodating us without feeling cramped. i found the heating system worked effectively , maintaining a warm atmosphere throughout my stay.

the room exhibited a faint musty scent , though it was not overpowering.

Kinda Rough Around the Edges

cigarette smell lumpy mattress

I gotta say, the cigarette smell was pretty strong throughout the whole place. I think the owners smoke inside their part of the building, and it really seeps into the other rooms. The mattress felt old and lumpy and the bathroom really looks like it needs a total makeover cause I'm not surprised sinks break. What do you expect for the money, I suppose.
